iuca360 is an online portal to complement the needs of your organisations, and is a multi-modular platform, with a high degree of flexibility and customisation helping to reduce the number of systems and dependencies your organisation needs to be successful.

Available in the core platform across all modules in iuca360 are the following core components.
User management
Users can be managed across your organisation, and if appropriate, shared with other organisations.
Roles and access control
You have ability to provide different roles and access requirements for your users, defined for each module.
Multiple business units or departments
You can manage teams, departments and business units within your organisation.
Reporting lines & org chart
Reporting lines can be defined for your users, so that People Leaders can see what their people see (if required).
Multiple brand management (white labelling)
Does your organisation represent multiple brands or trading styles, well you can customise your services based on those unique brands, driving email templates, documents and specific links.
Document management
You can share the integrated iuca350 file storage, or you also have the option to save your files in your own SharePoint or Google Drive enviornment.
Addresses, Maps & Geolocation
Using your own API, you can perform address lookups, mapping or geolocation across modules using your own API key.

Optional modules that your organisation can subscribe to.
Customer Management
A Customer Relationship Management tool which is the cornerstone of the iuca360 modules. Although not necessary, it is a key component to leverage many other iuca360 modules.
CDD
An add-on to the customer management tool, CDD allows you to manage due diligence activities for customers (organisations or individuals).
Asset Management
To manage assets (property, motor vehicles, boats, aircraft etc.) and their recurring registration and maintenance requirements. This also can feed into secured lending and asset leasing.
Invoicing & Bookkeeping
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset registers and general ledger entries.
Contractor Management
To manage contractors, agreements, and regular reviews and can be incorporated with Health & Safety Management, Farm Management and Risk Management (such as vendor-caused risks and incidents) to have multiple perspectives for contractors.
Health & Safety Management
Enhancing the risk and incident management module, and contractor management module, helps you to identify health & safety management, including planning of well-being activities and assessing the effectiveness of controls.
Business Continuity Management
To manage and maintain plans for crisis response and ensure continuity of critical business services, sites or locations and any emergency or external events that might occur.
Strategy Planning & Implementation
To assist in planning, and aligning projects, tasks and activities to your organisational purpose, values and strategic ambitions.
Quality Check Framework
To assess and manage the tracking of common recurring activities, to feed into assurance and performance metrics for sample checking work.
Audit & Assurance Management
Manage audits and assurance planning and engagements (including 3 lines of defence), and track and manage actions resulting from the audit and assurance activities.
Farm Management
Software to map, plan and manage farming activities. You can plot fields across different map sources, and manage crops and livestock, and manage inventory of supplies, and assets and their maintenance schedules.
Lending Management
Highly specialised software to manage credit quoting and agreements for secured or unsecured lending.

How do I pay?
iuca360 is a subscription based service, and you can pay for as many months as you need.Had enough? No problem, we will hold your data for 30 days in case you change your mind.
How often do you do back-ups?
3-2-1... Go.
Why are you in early access?
Because we are currently a small team, and in order to ensure the best viable product, a select group of organisations are helping us to test and find bugs in a live production environment.
Does Early Access mean it doesn't work?
iuca360 is a working environent, Early Access customers may help us find bugs quicker, but more importantly they help us to identify gaps in the modules and solutions that a customer might reasonably expect. So the focus is less on "fixing it till it works" and more on "uplifiting it until its excellent".
Can I host iuca360 myself?
if you are concerned for your data and information, you can host an instance of iuca360 yourself, you can expect a higher cost for ongoing support and maintenance, but you also have certainty over data storage and processing.
Where is my data stored?
In the clouds, like the ones above your house. Currently the proptotype version is hosted in New Zealand.
How long has iuca360 existed for?
The modules within iuca360 are relatively mature, our expert team have been involved in the design and implementation of many other solutions with similar goals to the iuca360 modules. The modules for iuca360 have been developed and tested by a small core team over the last 5 years, and the modules are ultimately quite different and unique from what the team have been involved with previously.
What is the purpose of iuca360?
Have you ever been on the phone with a call centre person, or watched someone at a checkout struggle with their system? Or have you ever thought you could do your job better if you had a system that helped you to be more effective? Well iuca360 was designed with a user as the focus, and to answer these problems. Although the platform is not there yet, and doesn't quite offer all those solutions, it is designed to support you the user, so your customers can have uninterrupted services.
